We had a tremendous stay! It was in a great location on the canal with a ton of great bars and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily. Our bags did not make it with our flight initially, and Valentina was great about helping us contact the airline to track them down.
Elevator was out of service.

Is it a hit or a miss? here’s my take
Warm hospitality made me feel right at home! Location is outstanding, tucked away in a charming alley yet close to main attractions.
The room was on the smaller side, might not suit those wanting more space. A minor inconvenience was the shared bathroom availability at peak times.

Clean and cozy spaces offered a pleasant retreat.
My experience was marred by the overwhelming noise from the street, which made it hard to sleep. The lack of air conditioning control was particularly frustrating. Additionally, I faced issues with daily room maintenance, having to repeatedly request fresh towels and toiletries.

Charming atmosphere with warm hospitality, making it a delightful stay. Valentina’s advice on local tours was beneficial, and the breakfast included French toast was a tasty treat. However, the room was quite small, which could be a concern for those needing more space, and the shared bathroom access led to some delays during busy times. Additionally, the location, while central, had some street noise that might affect light sleepers.

The location was fantastic, nestled in a quiet, charming alley yet close to all the major sights. The room was cozy, with effective air conditioning, but the bed could be too firm for some preferences. Breakfast was disappointing. arriving late meant limited options, and the dining space felt cramped. Despite some noise from the street and mosquitos at night, the ambiance was welcoming, making it a pleasant stay overall.
